How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 10–14 days from the time you order. As soon as your frame ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. Because each Music Frame is inspected before it leaves our facility, this window helps make sure yours arrives in perfect condition.
Does it come with music already loaded on the discs?
No — and that's on purpose. Your Music Frame ships blank so you can build your own soundtrack. You load your own MP3 files (nine songs total, one per disc), which means every disc plays exactly the track you choose.
How do I add my own songs?
Connect the frame to any computer with the included USB-C cable. It shows up as a regular drive with nine numbered folders (01–09). Drag one MP3 file into each folder, then match each disc to the folder with the same number — Disc 01 plays the song in Folder 01, and so on. That's the whole setup.
Can I change the songs later?
Yes, anytime. Just plug the frame back into your computer, delete the old MP3, and drop in a new one. Your playlist is never locked in, so you can refresh it whenever you like.
Is this an actual vinyl record player?
It's not a traditional turntable — it's a modern music display that plays your MP3s. The collectible discs act as the trigger: place one on the frame and it instantly plays the song you assigned to it, and lifting it off stops playback. You get the swap-a-disc feel of vinyl with the convenience of your own digital library.
